How much does Accountable cost?
Tracking your money is free and always will be — no card, no limits, no trial that expires. Silver is $2.99 a month and adds the calendar, and nothing else. Gold is $5 a month and adds budgets, recurring entries, receipts and the savings, investing and debt-payoff tools.
What is in the Free plan?
Free costs nothing. The ledger, and what it adds up to. It includes: Unlimited income and expenses; Dashboard: balance, cash flow, category breakdown; Activity: search, filter and edit everything you have logged; Information: the written answers, searchable; Custom categories and income sources; Export everything to CSV, any time.
What is in the Silver plan?
Silver costs $2.99 a month. See the month, not just the total. It includes: Everything in Free; The calendar — every day’s balance, laid out; Day detail: what came in, what went out, what recurred; Jump to any date.
What is in the Gold plan?
Gold costs $5.00 a month. Everything, including what comes next. It includes: Everything in Silver; Budgets, with weekly, monthly and yearly caps; Recurring entries that book themselves; Savings projections across 14 accounts; Index-fund research and growth projections; Debt payoff planning — snowball and avalanche; Receipt attachments.
If I never pay, do I lose anything?
No. Everything you log stays yours, stays visible in Activity and on the Dashboard, and stays exportable to CSV. The paid plans add views; they do not hold your own records hostage.
What if I subscribe and then stop?
You drop back to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted — the paid views simply stop being available, and everything behind them is still in your export.
